"Plan felt nothing like me"
I took the time to answer all the questions and expected the plan to feel at least somewhat tailored to me. Instead, it came across really generic, like the same thing they could send to just about anyone.

It didn’t match my schedule or the way I actually eat, so I gave up on it quickly. I also didn’t feel like reaching out to customer service because I’ve learned those conversations usually go nowhere. Definitely not worth it for me

"Didn’t really help me stay on track"
It was fine in the beginning, but i kind of blame the app for making it harder to stick with. The reminders got annoying fast, and the advice started feeling like the same stuff over and over. After a few months, I still felt like I was figuring everything out by myself. Just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Hard to Tell What’s Going On"
I couldn’t really follow the progress at all. It felt like things were happening somewhere behind the curtain, but nobody was letting me in on the updates. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but when there’s no clear tracking or communication, it starts to feel a little suspicious, like there’s some secret system only they can see. I just wanted a simple way to know what stage everything was at.

"Looks Nice, But the Learning Content Feels Lazy"
The app itself looks fine and is easy enough to use, but the education side was disappointing. A lot of the articles felt super basic, and I kept seeing the same tips repeated in slightly different ways. If you're going to charge people for something that’s supposed to help them learn, I think there’s a responsibility to offer real value, not just recycled surface-level content. I was hoping to actually come away knowing more, but instead it felt empty and not worth paying for.

"okay when it works"
the app is fine when it actually works, but it freezes way too often. it also crashes while i'm tracking stuff, which gets frustrating.

"Premium didn’t really help"
I tried Premium hoping it would actually be useful, but it didn’t do much for me. What made it worse were the constant reminders pushing me to use or renew it, they felt way too aggressive. Overall, I didn’t feel like I got anything worthwhile out of it

"Coaching support didn’t feel helpful"
I reached out for coaching support and quickly assumed it wasn’t going to be much help. The replies took way too long, and when they finally came in, they felt super generic, like something copied and pasted rather than an actual response to my situation.

"Nice, But Not That Nice"
It seems like a decent product, and I’m sure someone out there would be happy paying that much for it, but for me it was way too pricey. I expected a little more for the cost

"Kind of hit or miss for me"
I really wanted to like simple, but my experience has been hit or miss. The fasting tracker keeps showing the wrong times, which is a big problem for an app that’s supposed to help you track fasting. I’d start a fast, then check later and it would show something totally different or not line up with what I logged. I even went through my settings to make sure it wasn’t something on my end, but it was still off. When it works, it’s fine, but if the basic tracker isn’t accurate, I don’t really think it’s worth paying for

"The meals were boring, though I wouldn’t…"
The meals were boring, though I wouldn’t say they were bad. Everything was edible and some of it was actually fine, but after a while it all started to feel the same. I liked that it was simple, but at the same time I wish there had been more flavor or variety.

"A little too basic for me"
I started using simple mostly because I wanted an easy way to track my water intake, but it feels a bit too basic for what I needed. I kept forgetting to log things, and the reminders didn’t really help me much. It kind of felt like I could just use my notes app instead, but to be fair, if you only want something super simple and don’t need many prompts, it might still work okay.

"Meal logging feels way more time-consuming than it should"
I like the idea of tracking my meals, but actually logging everything takes way too long. It feels like a preventable issue if the app made common foods, portions, or recent meals easier to add. I end up avoiding it because it turns into more of a chore than it should be.

"Doesn’t sync reliably for me"
In my experience, my steps and workouts just don’t sync correctly most days. I’ve tried reconnecting Apple Health twice, but it still keeps missing things. For me, that makes the app pretty much useless.

The app itself is okay, but wow... the notifications are just way too much. I turned some of them off and still kept getting reminders, which got frustrating honestly. I don’t mind a few alerts, but this felt like overkill...

"Not quite what I expected after signing up"
When I first saw the ads, I thought this was going to be a simple fasting plan with clear guidance and support. I signed up thinking I’d get something straightforward, but after the first day or two it started to feel more generic than I expected. Then as I kept using it, the upsells became noticeable, which was frustrating. It’s not awful, and there were a few useful parts, but after spending some time with it, I don’t feel like it was exactly what I thought I was buying.

"Good idea, but frustrating to use"
The idea behind the app is good, but actually using it has been frustrating. It feels confusing at times, and it can be slow when I’m just trying to do something simple. I’ve also had trouble finding basic features that should be easy to access. with the time I’ve wasted dealing with these issues, I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit while they work on improving it.

"Billing could’ve been a lot clearer"
I signed up thinking I was just starting a trial, so I was surprised when I ended up getting charged. Maybe the details were buried in the fine print, but it really didn’t feel obvious what I was agreeing to. On top of that, finding where to cancel was more frustrating than it needed to be. I’m sure it’s all technically explained somewhere, but from a customer point of view, the billing process felt unclear and disappointing.
